Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is our chance to briefly discuss what's bringing you to therapy and to see if we're a good fit. It's an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have and for me to understand how I can best support you.

As BACP or NCPS registered or accredited counsellors and psychotherapists, we use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. This means we draw from various therapeutic techniques to create a personalised treatment plan. our approach is creative, compassionate, non-judgmental, person-centred and focused on helping you develop the insights and skills needed to overcome your challenges, accept yourself or change.

Sessions and Fees

Psychological Therapy/ counselling sessions typically last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly, though we can adjust the frequency based on your needs.

I offer a sliding scale of fees to make therapy accessible to as many people as possible. Standard fees range from £60 to £90 per session, depending on your circumstances and the time of day. I also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots per year for those in financial hardship.

During our initial consultation, we can discuss the fee that would be appropriate for your situation.
